Study in Belarus
Education in Belarus is free at all levels except for higher education.[1] The government ministry that oversees the running of the school systems is the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus. Each of the regions inside Belarus has oversight of the education system, and students may attend either a public (state) or a private school. The current structure of the educational system was established by decree in 1994. The education system is also based on The Education Code of the Republic of Belarus and other educational standards.

Belarusian State University is a university in Minsk, Belarus. It was founded on October 30, 1921. In 2023 the university was ranked the number 387 university in the world in the QS World University Rankings.

Belarusian State Medical University
Belarusian State Medical University is the leading higher medical educational institution of the Republic of Belarus, which has a well-deserved authority and recognition not only in our country, but also far beyond its borders. In November 2021, it will celebrate the centenary of its inception. The beginning of its history dates back to 1921, when the opening of the Belarusian State University was announced, which included the Faculty of Medicine, which in 1930 became an independent educational institution. The first graduation of doctors took place in 1925 – 21 people received a diploma of graduation from the faculty.

Belarusian State Technological University
Belarusian State Technological University is a university in Minsk, Belarus specialized in engineering and technology. It was established in Gomel in 1930 as the Forestry Institute. In 1941, it was evacuated to Sverdlovsk, now Yekaterinburg.
Higher Education System
At present, all universities in Cyprus are state universities, namely, the University of Cyprus, the Open University of Cyprus and the Cyprus University of Technology. Higher education in Cyprus is also provided by a number of State Higher Education Institutions, and an even greater number of Private Institutions of Higher Education, none of which has university status.

Special short-term courses of 2 to 8 weeks are organised by institutes in the fields of private business management or management of the public sector in a free market economy, and a number of scholarships are offered to citizens from selected countries to attend these short courses.
